I had a nice stay at the hotel, which had a lovely homely feel and was well-equipped with all the amenities of a high-standing hotel. While the large double bed was comfortable, the single beds were narrow and a bit too short, making them less ideal for adults. The service was fantastic and very professional, especially when I needed help with a minor injury. The location was convenient for exploring Jaffna, providing real value for money, though some of the dining options felt a bit expensive for what they offered.

I had a great stay overall at The Thinnai. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, especially loved the private plunge pool! The service was friendly but could be a bit challenging with language barriers. The location is quite central but does require some travel to reach major tourist spots.
